Reflection; this statement is true because if you tell a lie you will have a guilty conscious and you will not be safe yet when you tell the truth you will always be safe. For example if you lie about not knowing who killed your neighbor you will be guilty and not feel safe because you know justice will get back at you yet if you know and tell the police you will be proud and will be able to sleep at night knowing you did what was right.
